The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Innoquad Technologies LLP,
- Subscription or Purchase means a request by You to purchase the software subscription from us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Desky.support, accessible from https://desky.support
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Subscription Charges means
By signing up with Desky.support for any of its products that are on subscription, You are authorizing Desky,support to charge your credit card automatically each month/year until a service cancellation request is submitted.
The amount charged will not exceed the avail services that are shown on the website and inside your billing page.
Your Subscription Cancellation Rights
We do not offer any refunds once the payment has been made for your subscriptions.
The deadline for canceling a subscription is 1 day from the date on which Your invoicing gets due each month. For example, if you have started your subscription on 25th and if you no longer wish to continue using our software the following month, a cancellation request needs to be submitted no later than 24th from your Admin dashboard Billing area.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must submit a request from your Admin dashboard Billing area.
Special Conditions for Refunds
In order for the Purchase to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The product is non-functional, and the features for the product offered by Desky.support is not working. In such a case, you have 7-days to send us a request explaining to us what features that you have paid for is not-operational or did not work for you.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any transaction that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.
