Our customers are individuals and businesses who have signed up for a Desky account.

We process “End User Data” which means information about end users of Desky customers, which includes but is not limited to, the first name, last name, phone number and email address of an end user. End users are individuals that use goods and services provided by Desky Customers. If you interact with Desky in the course of seeking customer service for a particular product or service, you are probably an end user.

Personnel are the people who work, and apply to work, for Desky.

Customers will be required to establish an account in order to take advantage of certain features of the Desky website. What does Desky do with the information it collects from customers?
