There is no better way than sharing the information than having a detailed article on it. Publish your product-related or industry-based articles in the articles category. Get started with articles by visiting the Admin dashboard. Click on Pages Menu -> Articles – Add Articles. After filling out the required fields. You can edit, change or deactivate your articles by following Show Article Lists -> Edit or Delete.

3. Fill all required fields related to an article

4. Add Article

5. Show Article Lists – Edit or Delete

6. Change content or image

With Desky’s Knowledgebase model, you can make your support portal content rich with embedded screenshots, video links, etc. Get started with adding a knowledgebase article by visiting the Admin dashboard. Go to Pages Menu -> Knowledgebase -> Add Knowledgebase. Write the article and fill in the required fields about the knowledgebase. Click on ‘Add knowledge’. You can also change the content of the knowledgebase by clicking on Show Knowledge List -> Edit or Delete.
